The primary role of the debris monitor is to document the location and amount of debris collected. The monitor should be able to estimate quantities, differentiate between debris types, properly fill out load tickets, and follow all site safety procedures.
Show up at 5:45am, go over safety protocols and then meet drivers to
monitor the removal of storm debris. Meet up between 6:30 and 7:30pm to
drop off equipment
Need to indicate the location the debris was picked up.
Need to indicate type of debris.
Do not issue tickets for ineligible debris.
Always protect as if it were your own checkbook as it represents a form of payment verification.
